         Considered. Perused previous orders. We find that on the last date showcause filed by the complainant was accepted . So the complainant is aware of today’s hearing. Inspite of that he isa absent without step. Hence we have reason to believe that the complainant is not willing  to proceed further with this case. Hence this case deserves dismissal.
