Today is fixed for hearing on admissibility point.

After having heard the Ld. Advocate and perusing the materials available on record we find that practically the order passed by Bank Ombudsman has been challenged by filing this case.

The case as such is not maintainable. May be that the complainant is at liberty to prefer an appeal against the order if she is dissatisfied with the order passed by the Bank Ombudsman.

Hence, it is ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed as being not admitted.

The complainant is at liberty to get return the copy of the complaint and other related documents from the appropriate authority of this commission as the complaint is not admitted. In this respect the complainant is further directed to submit a separate application praying for return the above mentioned documents. The appropriate authority of this commission is directed to take necessary steps upon receipt of the application from the complainant so that the complainant can get return of the above mentioned without any further delay.

Let complaint copy of this judgement be supplied to the parties free of cost as per C.P.R.
