Case record is placed before Dist. Level Lok Adalat. Despite notice complainant is absent on call. On the other hand O.P.No.1 files a memo stating therein that complainant has received Rs.15,000/- towards payment of maturity amount vide Cheque No.622447 dt.31.05.2019 and rest of Rs.6,468/- has been reinvested as per the will of the complainant and accordingly submitted original reinvestment bond of the complainant. Further stated that the complainant has not received the said bond vide certificate No.46500514840.Considering the facts and circumstances, it would be just and appropriate to disposed of the case it is because further pendency will not serve any purpose. Office is directed to send the bond in question in the address of the complainant through registered post. Accordingly case disposed of in the Lok Adalat.
