            Complainant, Kush Kumar Shaw has filed two separate petitions through his Ld. Lawyer.  The complainant has prayed for permission to withdraw the case.  Heard submission of the Ld. Lawyer for the complainant.   He submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties as such the complainant is not willing to proceed further with the case.  The complainant prays for passing necessary order. 

In view of above submission of the Ld. Lawyer for the complainant and the petition filed by the complainant we find that the matter and the case has been amicably settled between the parties and for this the complainant is not willing to proceed further with this case.  Hence, the case deserves dismissal. 

Hence, it is

ordered,

that the case is dismissed for non prosecution but without cost. 

            Let a plain copy of the order be supplied free of cost to the parties forthwith.
