Both the parties are present by filing hazira. The parties settled the dispute for Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees four lakh) only. The OP files one cheque for Rs.4,00,000/- bearing no.628022 dated 30.08.2024 drawn on SBI, Mumbai Main Branch in the name of Minati Das. The said cheque is handed over to the complainant Minati Das on verification of her identity with Aadhar Card , Voter Card and Pan Card duly identified by Ld. Advocate Safikul Alam.
Accordingly, the case is finally settled before the National Lok Adalat for Rs. 4,00,000/-. The case is accordingly finally disposed of.
