ORDER

The Complainant files hazira. The OP No. 1 prays for time for filing questionnaires.

Prayer is allowed.

The OP No. 2 by filing a petition prays for vacating exparte order passed of against him on 27/12/2017.

The petition be treated as M.A Case No. 34/2019.

Heard both sides.

We find that cause shown by the OP No. 2 for non-appearance before forum is sufficient and accepted.

Hence

            Ordered,

                        that the petition dated 19/03/2019 filed by the Complainant for vacating exparte order passed on 27/12/2017 i.e. M.A Case No. 34/2019 is allowed.

Thus the M.A is disposed of.

Fix. 08/04/2019 for filing questionnaires by OP No 1 and W/V by OP No. 2.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
