09.10.2017  :     x x x x x x x x x x x x  The Complainant being present filed a memo dtd. 19.11.2016 stating that the disputes between the parties have been settled out of Court and hence the Complainant in view of the above settlement with the O.Ps, does not want to proceed with the case further against the O.Ps.

In view of the above facts, we dismiss the case against the Opp. Parties, since amicably settled.
