The complainant files hazira. The O.Ps file W/V with documents. Copy served.

The complainant files a petition for extension of interim order. The petition is taking up for hearing treating the same as M.A case No. 6/2018.

Heard both sides. Objection is raised.

We find that interim order was passed on 03.11.2017, which is yet to be finally disposed of. In this juncture we think interim order is to be extended till next date of hearing.

Accordingly the prayer is allowed.

Hence,

            Ordered,

                        that the petition dated 15.01.2018 filed by the complainant for extension of interim order is allowed on contest but without any cost. Interim order is extended till 29.01.2018.

Thus the M.A No. 3/2018 is disposed accordingly.
