Parties have compromised. Statements of Learned Counsel for the OP no.1 & 2 and that of the Complainant in person recorded. In view of statements made by them, the present complaint is disposed off with directions to the Opposite Party No.1 to pay Rs.65,000/- to the Complainant in full and final settlement of his claim within one month from today failing which it shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum till payment. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
