16.07.2019                The case is fixed for hearing today. The complainant filed a withdraw petition along with an affidavit on the ground that the case has been settled between the parties outside the forum and the complainant do not want to proceed with the case further.

 

As the matter of dispute has been settled outside the forum and the complainant do not want to proceed with the case further the present complaint case is hereby dropped as withdrawn.

 

Accordingly the present case is disposed of.
