  Today is fixed for appearance of both the parties and W/V by the O.P. But the Complainant, Memera Khatun, files a petition praying for dismissal of the case on the ground that the dispute in between himself and the O.P. L.I.C.I., has been amicably settled.

Hd. Ld. Advocate for the Complainant as well as the Complainant. The dispute has been amicably settled between the parties.

Such being the position the instant case is liable to be dismissed. Particularly when the Complainant is not willing to proceed with the case.

Hence, it is

Ordered

          that the complaint Case No. CC/133/2022 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution against the O.P. without any order as to costs.  

          Let plain copy of this order be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties / Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand  /by post under proper acknowledgment  as per rules, for information and necessary action.
