Today is fixed for hearing and order.The Complainant, Meherunnaesha Bibi files a petition praying for withdrawal of the case on the ground that the instant complaint case has been amicably settled.

  Heard the Complainant. As the Complainant is not willing to proceed with this case, the case is required tobe dismissed.

                 Hence, it is

                                             Ordered

that the instant case No. CC/95/2022 be and the same is here by dismissed as withdrawn but under the circumstances without costs.
