Complainant is present in person.Complainant No.4 is represented by her counsel.As far  the complainants No.3,4 being minors they were represented by their natural mother ,the complainant No.1.

              As far policy No.492968511,the insurance agreed to pay the sum assured applicable as per law a sum of Rs.9,55,420/-(Rupees nine lacs fifty five thousand four hundred and twenty) in form of cheque No.028791 dated 16/03/2019 of Axis Bank,CCpur Branch and the same is accepted by the complainant today.Further,the claimant prayed before the court not to press the other remaining four policies bearing No. 1. 492967011

                After hearing both the parties at length,the case is accordingly disposed,the above  mentioned cheque is being handed over to the claimant.
