The complaint is allowed,ops are directed to pay the policy amount held by deceased umakanthappa bearing no.620710004 and other benefits to the complaint with in two months from date of this order,Further the opposite parties are directed to pay intrest at 12% PA on rs 50000/- from 16/09/1997 till realisation,Further op are directed to pay cost of rs 500/- to the complaint.
