05.09.2018                Today the case is posted for order. Advocate for the complainant filed a petition on dtd.21.08.2018 on the ground that the O.Ps have deposited / reimbursed the maturity amount in the account of complainant through RTGS and later also deposited interest payment but the O.Ps have not paid any legal expenses incurred by the complainant.

                                    In the above facts and circumstances as the O.Ps have paid the maturity amount to the complainant after filing of this case and on receipt of notice. In between the complainant has harassed and compeled to file the case before this Forum. As such the complainant is entitled to get legal expenses and towards his harassment. 

Hence the complaint is hereby allowed with direction to the O.Ps to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Three thousand) only towards harassment including litigation costs.

                                    Accordingly, the case is disposed of.
