Complainant is absent . On perusal of the record we find that the case is pending for order after  hearing on Limitations from 30/11/2011 . record shows that complainant remained absent on 28/12/11, 06/02/12 , 13/02/12 , 23/03/12 , 11/04/12 , 20/04/12 , 16/05/12 , 27/06/12 , 13/07/12 , 07/08/12 , 28/08/12 , 31/0812 , 02/11/12 , 17/11/12 , 08/01/13 , 15/01/13 and 30/01/13 . It appeares that as the case is barred by limitations , hence the complainant never come ready for getting heard on Limitations point . it is clear that the  complainant has got no interested in this case , hence  complainnat is rejected for non -prosecution .
