The record is put up on the basis of a put up petition filed by the complainant.

A verified petition also filed by the both parties and Advocates for withdraw  the case. It is from the petition it reveals that the complainant has already received an amount of Rs. 218000/-(Rupees Two Lacs Eighteen Thousand Only) as full and final compromise amount from the O.P. The complainant also stated that he is not willing to continue the case. Let all the document be kept with the record.

That the Consumer Case no. 07/2017 is dropped accordingly.
