             Complainant continuously absent for hearing on admission . Even today failed to appear for hearing on admission nor any authorised representative . As the issue involves limitation and cause of action perused of the record reveals, the proposal form filed before the bank on date. 10.08.2011 also the premium deposited on the same date. Since the date no record  reveals any cause of action . Almost four years have been passed, so the case suffers barred of limitation and no one present to satisfy or made clarification on the contended issue before the forum, although allowing lenient approach.  So the above made discussion, allows us herewith to reject the application petition under sub-section -3 of the section 12 of the consumer protection Act 1986.

           Pronounced in the open Forum  to-day  i.e the 18^th     day of  August’ 2015
