The complainant is absent . He has been  absent just after 24/02/2009. 

                It appears from the perusal of the record that the complainant was filed on 05/02/09 and it was admitted on 14/02/09 and the complainant filed requisites in part and I signed the notice on 02/03/09 fixing the date on 02/04/09 but in absence of the postal charge the notice could not be sent to the Op. Inspite of giving last chance as well threatening to the complainant on 06/05/09 that the complainant may be dismissed . Similarly on 22/05/09 also in absence of the compliance of threatening of dismissal was given . Thereafter 3 dates have elapsed , but the complainant failed to file the postal charge .

                  The members have taken the view that for non compliance of filing postal charge this complainant should be dismissed and accordingly dismissed .
