The instant Execution Application has been filed by the D.hrs. for realization of the sum together with interest accrued thereon as passed in CC/76/2012 on 17.09.2013.

The J.dr has submitted Rs. 33537.94 alongwith interest of Rs.4965.41 totaling Rs.38503.00 by eleven banker’s cheque in favour of the eleven Dhrs.

We find that the Jdr has made payment of the awarded amount in full and also fully complied the order of this Forum. So, we have no other alternative but to dispose of this Execution Application with full satisfaction.  

Hence,

Ordered

that the Execution Application No. EA/18/2014 be and the same is disposed of with full satisfaction.

 Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment / be sent forthwith under ordinary post  to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
