ORDER

Attendance on behalf of the complainant has been fild alonwith a petition to permit him to withdraw the case on the ground that the amount claimed has been paid to him alongwith the cost of litigation plus compensation for the physical harassment and mental agony suffered by him has been paid to him through credit in his account learned advocate for the OP has also been filed a similar petition alongwith the account statement of the complainant stating that the complaint may be dismissed as grievance of the complainant has been redressed through credit of the amount in the complainant’s account. In view off above said facts and the circumstances the present complaint is permitted to be withdrawn and accordingly the case is dismissed as withdrawn.
