FINAL ORDER

The instant complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 12 of C. P. Act, 1986 , praying for realization of Rs.11,543/- and Rs.19,577/- in respect of surrender of two policies from the Ops.

This day is fixed for showing cause by the complainant, in default; the case will be heard on merit.

Today the complainant is present personally and has filed a petition stating that he has already received the amount claimed by him in this case from the Ops and for that he has categorically stated in his petition that he has no claim against the Ops and for that he prays for withdrawal of this case.

Heard the complainant and the Ld. Lawyers for the Ops.

Considering the submission of the complainant as well as the contentions of the withdrawal petition , we are satisfied that the complainant has already received his claim amount and he does not want to proceed with the instant case any further and has prayed for withdrawal of the case.

Considering the above, we find that the case should be disposed of being withdrawn.

Hence,

                                                              Ordered

that the Consumer Complaint No. 143/2013 be and the same is disposed of being withdrawn. There will be no order as to cost.

Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment / be sent forthwith under registered post with A/D to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
