Case is posted to-day for step by Complainant.

Complainant present through Advocate and filed time petition for step as ground stated therein.

Gone through the whole record. It is found that, several opportunities were given to the Complainant for filing of steps but till to-day he has not complied the order of the Forum Dt.21/08/2013. Therefore the Forum on Dt.13/01/2014 passed order that unless in the next date, the Complaint filed the step, the Forum will take procedure as per law.

So, the Forum after going through the whole record come to conclusion that the Complaint has no interest in his case to proceed further. Therefore the time petition is rejected the case is here by dropped.

Case is disposed off accordingly.
