MR. BIBEKANANDA DAS, MEMBER:-

         Complainant owner of multiple commercial vehicles cannot be termed as a consumer. Besides that the Complainant has filed 2 cases before this Commission & 2 cases before Ld. Dist. C.D.R Commission, Jagatsinghpur as mentioned in Para 4 of written version. As such Complainant has not come in clean hand and cannot be termed as a consumer. Hence the C.C.Case  No. 122/2023 is dismissed. No order as to Cost.

                         Issue extract of the order to the parties concerned.
