           DATE OF DISPOSAL: 12.11.2016.

            The case is put up today before the 4^th National Lok Adalat i.e. on 12.11.2016. The complainant alongwith his advocate is present. The advocate for the O.P. is also present. Both parties decided to settle the case amicably. Accordingly the O.P. paid an amount of Rs.9,00,000/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs) only vide cheque No. 177674 dated 4.10.2016 of ICICI Bank under policy No. 16392214 towards full and final settlement of the insurance claim.

            The complainant is directed to receive the cheque from this Forum on production of proper identification and acknowledgement. The complainant should collect the cheque from this Forum duly identified through his learned counsel Sri L.K.Padhi. The complainant is also directed to make 2 (two) Fixed Deposits in the name of himself and his brother Sri  Trinath Nayak of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs) only each in any Nationalized Bank for 3 years for the social security of the family. However, he is at liberty to spend the rest of amount for his family expenses, repayment of liability of his family and legal expenses etc. The complainant shall produce the aforesaid two fixed deposits before this Forum for verification within one month of receipt of this order. This case is disposed of accordingly.

            The order is pronounced in the open Lok Adalat today on 12th November 2016 under the signature and seal of this Forum. Copy of order be supplied to the parties free of costs. Copy of the order be sent to server
