A petition has been filed by complainant subodh kumar , stating there in that grievance has been redressed from the O.P and at present there is no any problem with O.P further prayer has been made to disposes off the instant case.

On perusal of the case record it transpires that complainant has filed instant case against O.P branch manager Alahabad Bank F.S tower 1^st floor sadar Bazar Chaibasa O.P has appeared by filing vakalatnama in the meantime, negotiation of settlement is also going on which resulted in the amicable settlement.

Since complainant has settled his grievance with O.P and petition is also filed in this regard, so keeping in view above facts and circumstances, petition of the complainant is here by allowed and instant case is disposed of as settled. Office is directed to keep the record in record room.
