Final Order / Judgement

Today is fixed for awaiting order from the honorable state commission. The dhr files hazira through the Ld lawyer. Ld lawyer for the Dhr files a petition along with a copy of the order dated 19.1.18 of the honorable state commission in first appeal No. A/290/2016 (arisen out of CC No. 55/S/2015) It transpires there from that the honorable state commission refrain from interfering with the final order dated 26.2.16 passed by this forum appalled against Ld advocate for the Dhr also files another application stating that the Dhr received the amount on 06.03.18 through bank A/C no. 20018573597 in compliance with the final order of the honorable state commission upholding the final order dated 26.2.16. Ld advocate for the Op, SBI station Feeder road, Siliguri is also present. Under this circumstance, let the case be dropped.
