                The DHR and his advocate are present. They filed a memo praying to receive the Demand Draft as deposited by the JDR and prayed to drop the case. Heard. The memo is allowed. We handed over the Demand Draft for Rs.31,752/- (Rupees Thirty One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Two) only bearing No.030886 dated 27.9.2016 of Axis Bank ltd. to the DHR with proper identification and acknowledgement.

                As the DHR does not want to proceed further and prays to drop the case, we dropped the case. Issue copy of order to the parties free of cost.
