Both the parties filed hazira along with memo stating their-in that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties & the Op parties have produced the original Notices of termination of an agreement of the purchase lease/hypothecation (Form-35) along with  no dues certificate which was duly received by the learned advocate for the complainant, hence the c.c. case is dropped & dismissed on settlement on 4^th National Lok-Adalat.
