 One petition has been field signed by both the parties on 22.03.2016 the contention is the Op‘s insurance company has given a cheque of Rs.31756/- in favor complainant vide cheque no’171179’ dated 04.03.2016.

 Heard. Complainant agrees to the term of complainant petition.

See the complainant petition there is no allegation term and death parties agrees. Si this forum should not stand on the way of settlement of disputes by themselves.

 So prayer is allowed cheque may be handed over to complainant of  under receipt. The settlement to term part of this order.

 Hence this case is,
