		The Case is posted to-day for hearing. Learned Advocate for the Complainant is present. Learned Advocate for the OP No.1 and OP No.2 are present. The Complainant has filed a Memo on Dt.19/12/2012,  before this Forum stating there-in that, the parties have already settled the dispute between them and as such he does not want to proceed further with the case, since his grievance has already been settled, out side the Court. Hence he prayed before this forum to drop the case and for passing  of necessary order.



     		We have heard the petitioner. In view of the prayer of the Complainant. We allow the memo for disposal of his case.



     		Accordingly the case is disposed off being withdrawn.
