Learned Counsel for the Op-Bank files hazira. Ld. Counsel for the complainant files a Memo stating that after the death of the complainant, he is not able to take appropriate to follow up the case. As it is a case of the year 2017, we feel it proper that neither the complainant nor the Ld. Counsel are not taking appropriate steps for proper adjudication of the dispute, accordingly the Complaint is dropped int he circumstances and for non-compliance of order.
