            Complainant absent.  No representation for the complainant on this posting date also.  Opposite party represented and submits that costs ordered on the last posting date also not received.  On the last posting date the prayer of the complainant’s counsel was allowed on condition to pay costs to opposite party on this posting date failing which the complaint will be dismissed for default on this posting date.  Today the complainant and his counsel called absent and condition to pay costs not complied with.  Hence order dated 20/01/2020 made absolute and the complaint stands dismissed for default with cost.
