MR. PRAVAT KUMAR PADHI,PRESIDENT.           

                Complainant   has filed  a  advance petition  seeking  withdrawal  of C.C. Case to approach  the Ops   for settlement in OTS and also submitted  that    he has  filed a  W.P.(c)  before the Hon’ble   High Court   challenging  the   award   passed by the Ld. Arbitrator. Taking a linent view we direct the Ops to consider the OTS  application  sympathetically in accordance  with Rules.

               With the aforesaid observation the C.C.Case No. 173/2023 & I. A. No. 112/2023 are hereby withdrawn and  accordingly  disposed off.

                                Issue extract of the order to the parties for compliance.
