MR. PRAVAT KUMAR PADHI, PRESIDENT:-

            The Complainant has filed the C.C.Case No. 35/2023 U/s-35 of C.P.Act, 2019 seeking the following relief:

           “ After hearing the both parties the Honbl’e Commission directed to the Op-Finance not to sale the TATA LPT BSIV bearing No. OD-09-K-7043 belong to the Complainant and to make one new agreement by adjusting the rate of interest as per old agreement and to deduct the penalty interest of the old agreement and to supply a copy of the loan agreement and other connected papers as state above and account statement and to deduct the penalty interest and to receive the installment for the loan without adjusting the same in any other charges and not to misutilize the blank signed cheques of PNB Silipur Branch and the Op No.4 may be directed not  to change the ownership in the name of any other person in case of illegal sale of the vehicle and to pay the compensation of Rs. 5,00,000/- ,”

           Final award under Arbitration and conciliation Act-1996 was passed much prior to filing of this case before this Commission. We therefore dismissing the C.C.Case No. 35/2023alongwith I.A Case No. 17/2023 giving liberty Complainant to approach appropriate Forum. No order as to cost.

                         Issue extract of the order to the parties concerned.
