Opposite party No.1 and 2 insurance company agreed to pay Rs.75,000/- as full and final settlement to the complainant within one month from today. The complainant agreed for the same. If the opposite parties failed to comply with the terms of settlement the complainant is at liberty to recover Rs.75,000/-with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from today till realization from opposite party No.1 and 2 join and severally and from their assets . Settlement recorded. File closed.
