   OP/Jdr files three cheques bearing Nos. 005306, 005303 and 005295 all dated 12.02.15 of Rs.62000/-, 50000/- and Rs.21526/- resp. drawn on Bank of Baroda, Islampore Branch alongwith a petition praying for accepting the cheque.

    Let the said cheque be kept with the record for disbursement to the complainant.

          The Dhr/complainant Sahanara Bibi files a petition for withdrawal of aforesaid cheques deposited by the OP with a undertaking to file self signed xerox copy of Voter Identity Card by 19.02.15. The Dhr/ complainant got her petition dated 12.02.15 duly identified by Ld. Advocate Mr. S.S.Dhar.

         We do not find impediment to hand over the three cheques bearing Nos. 005306, 005303 and 005295 all dated 12.02.15 of Rs.62000/-, 50000/- and Rs.21526/- resp. drawn on Bank of Baroda, Islampore Branch to the Dhr. Xerox copies of the cheques is kept with the record.

         The B.C./CCT to hand over/ deliver the said cheques to the  complainant  under proper acknowledgement.

         The case is disposed of accordingly as the OP complied the order of this Forum.

    Let plain copy of this order be made available  free of cost, to the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgement to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
