Extract  Order No. 4 dtd.17.10.2023

                                Heard Ld. Counsel for both parties, who submitted that entire loan amount has been terminated/closed on dt. 29.08.23 in respect of vehicle No. OD-04N-1695. The Ops are directed to issue No Objection Certificate (NOC)  in the said vehicle within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of this order. The C.C.Case No. 87/2023 alongwith I.A. No. 46/23 are accordingly disposed off.
