The case record is taken up today in the Lok Adalat on the strength of the advance petition filed on behalf the complainant. Counsel for the complainant is present and filed a memo along with the advance petition stating that the complainant does not to proceed further with this case as the matter compromised with the ops and she has no motea grievance left against the ops.Copy served on the other side counsel who is also present and filed hazira and has no objection if the case is dropped in the Lok Adalat. Accordingly the case is dropped as the matter/dispute has already been compromised between the parties and as the complainant does not want to proceed further with this case.
