The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the National Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the statement:

O.P Sahara India will pay Rs 137541/-(One lack thirty Seven five hundred forty one) to complainant Md. Raj in three equal instalments but interest whatever will accrue will be added in third instalment till June. 2022 for fling which complainant will take legal action on O.P.

The parties are informed that the court fees, if any, paid by of them shall be refunded.
