Today Complainant is absent. Advocate for O.P. files hazira. We take up this case. Heard the matter from Advocate for O.P. The Complainant is purchase 8 No.s of vehicle. The said documents filed by Advocate for O.P. and Advocate for O.P. submitted that the present Complainant used the said vehicle in commercial nature. Accordingly the case is dismissed as per submission by O.P.
