MR. PRAVAT KUMAR PADHI, PRESIDENT:-

          Complainant has filed the C.C. Case No. 109/2023 U/s-35 of C.P. Act, 2019 seeking deposit of amount in the account of Ops and not to sale vehicle bearing Regd. No. OD-15V-8599, OD-15V-8507, OD-15V-8527, OD-15V-8543 & OD-15V-8512 in favour of any third party & not to release the vehicle in favour of any 3^rd Party.

            As per the settled position of law auction purchaser is not a consumer and a consumer purchasing Five (5) multiple vehicles cannot be termed as a consumer in any circumstances as defined U/s 2(7) of C.P. Act, 2019.

            Hence, We find no merit in the consumer complaint & accordingly the C.C.Case No. 109/2023 is herby dismissed. No order as to cost.

                              Issue extract of the order to the parties concerned.
