             The case was posted to 14/05/2014 for filling of written version. Today the learned counsel for the complainant files advance petition to put up the case on the grounds stated therein. We perused the petition and allowed. The case is, accordingly, advanced to today.

      The learned counsel for the complainant files a Memo stating therein that the Opposite Parties have approached him vide their letter No. 34 dated 21.04.2014 ti settle the dispute subject to wihtdrawal of the present Case. On the basis of the above letter of the Opposite parties the complainant has declined to proceed with this case and prayed for withdrawal. We perused the memo as well as letter of Opposite Parties. On the strength of the not pressed memo filed by the learned counsel for the complainant, we drop the instant consumer complainant as withdrawn.
