Heard on admission. Complaint filed for getting compensation from opposite parties for deficiency in service. Complaint firm is carrying on business for making profit. Moreover the complainant has no locus standi to file the complaint. He is only a manager of the firm. Hence the complainant is not a consumer under the definition of Consumer Protection Act. Therefore the complaint dismissed as not maintainable.
