Case record is put up today. Case is fixed for order on the petition dated 06.07.22 filed on behalf of the complainant on perusal of the case record we find that on 06.07.22 a petition has been filed on behalf of complainant through his counsel Shri Dharam Singh Hessa informing   there in that death of the complainant has taken place so family members as per information do not want to contest the case so this case may be dismissed as withdrawn.

On perusal of the case record we fins that Shri Dharam Singh Hessa advocate is holding power by complainant of this case and he has given information after receiving  from the family members. So there is no reason to disbelieve death information of complainant and in the result petition filed by the complainant is here by allowed and case is dismissed as withdrawn. Office to consign the record in record room.
