            Complainant and 2^nd opposite party represented.  Matter settled.  Settlement memo filed stating that the opposite party agreed to pay Rs.2,50,000/-(Rs.Two lakhs and Fifty thousand only) to the complainant  as full and final settlement within 2 months from today failing which the complainant is at liberty to recover the said amount along with interest at the rate of 8 % per annum from the date of settlement till realization.  Memo recorded.

            In the result complaint stands allowed in terms of settlement. 

No costs.
