Both the parties are absent.No steps taken today.On perusal of record it is found  on 25.05.2018 advocate for the Decree Holder Filed a petition on the ground stated therein as well as the judgment Debtor also filed a Xerox copy of letter which is issued against the Decree Holder that no amount is out standing against loan A/C No 200577900000404 of the Decree Holder & it may be trated as No dues/No Objection certificate the same duly has been received by the Decree Holder.After that both the parties are found absent in every and each posted dates till today.It is presumed that the judgement Debtor has already complied with the order passed in CC case No 30/2013 and dispute has been settled between both the parties.Hence the proceeding against the judgment Debtor in Execution Case is dropped and disposed of accordingly.
