ORDER

The complainant side is absent. Ld. advocate Mr. Biren Patgiri appears for the Opp. parties. He vide petition No. 224/15 informs the forum that as per compromise between the parties an account vide No. 7092010121033 has been opened in the name of the complainant in the bank of the Opp. parties (Assam Gramin Bikash Bank, Nalbari Branch) and the maturity amount Rs. 9,094/- has been credited in the said account of the complainant on 17.08.2015 and he has also withdrawn Rs. 9000/- from his account. We have perused the statement issued by the bank. It is found that what Mr. Patgiri states is true. Hence, the petition is allowed. Accordingly, this proceeding stands dispose of on compromise without further order.
