Step has not been taken on behalf of Complainant. On Perusal of the case record it transpires that complainant has not taking step in this case since long then office staff Bhudhan Singh Bankira was deputed to inform the complainant about taking step in this case. Office staff Bhudhan Singh Bankira has reported that he made contact with the complainant at her home and she has informed that his grievance has been redressed by the O.P. She does not which to contest the case. In this regard report has been submitted by the above named staff which is attached.

With record. As per report of the staff grievance of complainant has been redressed by making payment the claimed amount. So under the aforesaid facts and circumstances we do not think proper to proceed with the case rather instant case is disposed of. Office to consign the record in record room.
