ORDER

  case is taken up for hearing. on perusal of the case record it appears that complainant Bijaya Bharti mahato has filing a petition in this case on 06/01/2022 stating therein that her grievance with the O.P has been redressed amicably and at present there is no problem with O.P so she does not wish to contest the case any longer further prayer has been mode to disposes off the instant case accordingly.

On perusal of the case record it appears that complainant has filed instant case against Branch manager gramin Bank Dangua posee, P.S jaganathpur district W.Singhbhum. Further O.P has appeared in this case by filing vakalatnama and negotiation was also going on between the parties which resulted anvil cable settlement and petition of the complainant filed in this case on 06/01/2022.

Since complainant has settled his disputes with O.P amicably and does not wish to proceed with the case, S.O keeping in mind the above facts and circumstances petition date 06/01/2022 is hereby allowed and instant case in disposed of as settled.

Office is directed to keep the record in record room.
